These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Alimni mobile application (“App”), operated by Geostork Technologies, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Alimni is created to support Islamic learning and reflection. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

Alimni provides Islamic educational content, structured learning tools, and AI-assisted responses for informational and educational purposes only.

The App is not intended to provide:

• Formal religious rulings (fatwas)

• Legal advice

• Medical advice

• Financial advice

• Professional counseling

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all content — including AI-generated responses — is complete, accurate, or suitable for every situation.

Your use of the App and reliance on its content is at your own discretion.

2. AI-Generated Content

Alimni includes an AI assistant that generates responses based on user input.

Please understand:

• AI responses are automatically generated.

• AI content may contain inaccuracies or limitations.

• AI responses are not a substitute for qualified scholars or professionals.

Geostork Technologies, Inc. is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

3. Eligibility

You may use the App if:

• You are at least 13 years old, or

• You are under 13 and using the App with parental or guardian permission.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children’s use of the App.

4. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Keep your login credentials secure

• Accept responsibility for activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to interfere with security or infrastructure

• Abuse AI systems

• Upload harmful or illegal content

• Attempt to reverse engineer the App

We may restrict access if misuse occurs.

6. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are processed through your mobile platform provider.

• Billing and refunds are handled by the platform provider.

• You are responsible for managing cancellations through your app store account.

• We are not responsible for third-party billing decisions.

Access to premium features depends on active subscription status.

7. Intellectual Property

All App content, including design, text, structure, and materials, is owned by or licensed to Geostork Technologies, Inc.

You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.

8. No Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Accuracy or reliability

• Continuous availability

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Geostork Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of data

• Loss of profits

• Reliance on religious or AI content

• Decisions made based on App content

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of:

• $100 USD
  OR

• The amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations; in such cases, limitations apply to the extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Geostork Technologies, Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the App

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if misuse is detected.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States, rather than in court.

You agree:

• To waive the right to a jury trial

• To waive participation in class actions

• That disputes will be resolved individually

If arbitration is not enforceable in your jurisdiction, disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the United States.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
